Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times. • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number agreed upon at booking (including infants), unless explicit permission is granted by the host. • Please keep all windows closed and locked when you are out of the unit. • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when not in use or when you leave the property. • Do not move any furniture or hang any items on the walls. • No burning of candles or incense anywhere on the property. • Do not tamper with or disable any safety or security devices within the unit or on the property. • Do not use the premises for any illegal activity. • There are no exceptions to the stated check-in and check-out times; please respect these timings. • Photo ID may be required before or at check-in.
