The main bedroom has an attached bathroom. There are many closets throughout the condo, including all the bedrooms. Two off street parking spaces per reservation. New Central A/C and heating system for your comfort! Free high speed internet.

Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, pets or parties / unauthorized guests. This property has camera at the main entrance and noise monitoring devices. Number of guests and noise level will be monitored. Any noise level resulting in complaint, or occupancy by unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and forfeit of security deposit. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. This is a great place to stay if you are in Worcester. It is clean, large (great for a family), everything you need to cook or just chill out. I grew up in this neighborhood and went to the high school across the street- it is a great neighborhood- walkable to things on Highland St, a grocery store and a beautiful park. This is a great rental, in a good neighborhood, with responsive friendly hosts. It exceeded our expectations and if we need to rent again in Worcester this would be our first choice.

This location is great! Perfect for a family visiting from out of state. Host were great! Sent us a lists of great places to visit while we were there. We were very happy with everything.
