Guest will have access to a covered porch (un heated) and large back yard. The fireplace is not to be used by tenants or guests. Guests cannot instant book this property. Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, pets or parties / unauthorized guests. Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment. This property has outdoor camera at the main entrance and noise monitoring devices. Number of guests and noise level will be monitored. Any noise level resulting in complaint, or occupancy by unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and forfeit of security deposit. A rental agreement/ lease is required for stays longer than 28 nights. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
