Must be 24 years old or older to book No parties Only registered guests allowed on property Maximum occupancy 8 people (includes infants) unless permission is granted by host No smoking of any substance at any time Quiet hours between 9pm - 7am Keep all windows closed and locked Turn off lights when not in unit Put all trash in provided trash bags Do not move any furniture or hang items on walls No burning candles or incense Do not tamper with or disable any of the safety or security devices in the unit or on the property Do not use the premises for any illegal activity Photo ID may be required upon check-in Host may require names and identification for all guest on property and in condo. Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $500 for smoking, parties / unauthorized guests. Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
